The agency operates a 24-hour multilingual crisis hotline staffed by bilingual advocates and supported by professional language interpretation services, ensuring immediate support for victims regardless of their primary language. KAN-WIN's Legal Advocacy Program empowers immigrant survivors to understand and exercise their rights, providing direct crisis intervention and ongoing legal support tailored to the unique barriers many survivors face. The organization's Transitional Housing Program helps survivors establish safe, stable homes free from violence through intensive wrap-around services. Additionally, KAN-WIN offers culturally sensitive case management with staff fluent in Korean, Chinese, and English, specialized support groups for women affected by violence, and a dedicated Children's Program addressing the developmental needs of children exposed to domestic violence.
