Korean Community Service Center of Greater Washington (KCSC) is the largest bilingual and bicultural Korean social service agency in the DC metropolitan area, headquartered in Annandale, VA. Since 1974, KCSC has expanded from providing basic transportation and interpretation services to offering comprehensive social services, health promotion, mental health counseling, family enrichment programs, and victim services to Asian American and immigrant communities throughout the region. The organization currently serves approximately 1,200 Asian Americans monthly across five office locations, including their main headquarters in Annandale and branch offices in Gaithersburg, Ellicott City, Riverdale, and Silver Spring. KCSC's service portfolio includes social and immigration services designed to promote self-sufficiency among low-to-moderate income individuals and families, community health clinics with culturally sensitive health education, counseling services for adults, teens, and children, family enrichment programming to strengthen relationships, and specialized victim services for domestic violence survivors. With a mission to assist and empower Asian Americans and new immigrants to become well-adjusted and fully contributing members of the United States, KCSC delivers effective, efficient, and accountable services grounded in community engagement and resource development.
